I had a chat with an "Eric" that stated he was in charge of the website about a refund that I requested, it has now been 3 days and all he could claim was that the amount is busy, and it will take some time. The Website also states there is a complaint history link, but there is no actual way to lodge a complaint against the site.
Me -i would like to know how i can lodge a complaint to get it done faster

The information on the site is limited, there is no where to provide any feedback and the customer service you receive is appalling.

I also applied for a refund in ecmcpal and i got it in four days. the webiste says the refund would be sent in one week. it's true.
there is indeed a complain option in the websie, however, it is for the order paid by ecmcpal, not for the prepay. for the prepay, there is a refund option besides,by clicking which you can apply for the refund.

- i think you can contact with their customer service,then everything will be solved.i used the payment system last week,that's my frist time to use it,and i just don't how to operate it,of course i want to know who are them..i asked the online costomer,it's Robin service for me..i feel he is very patient and kind,so don't worry too much

Please do not worry.I applied full refund tomorrow on ECMCPAL.I get the money today!firstly,i do not know this website.One website suggest me to register it and use it pay for my item.It is new payment method.it is similar with paypal.it is convenient and i pay successfully.later,i find that i chose a wrong type product.so i chose full refund.Now i get my money.:)
