I bought the SAP remote access service and paid $50.00 for it. Later, it stopped working and TROJAN virus infected my computer. When I called them there was no response from support team and the email to them bounced back. Next morning we called the guy from sales team and he was rude & defensive on the phone and blamed everything on technical issue. The website stated that if a consumer is not satisfied, the money will be refunded. The guy refused and we actually had to shout at him to pay our money back.We have not heard anything from them and they are just cheats. Their website should be shut down

This guy used our service and later abused our employees by using very bad words. We blocked his access from our systems. And later he is claiming his refund. This guy should have some sense and dignitary to talk to any support people. We have recorded his abusing language to submit to the our legal department.

- Softwarelabaccess is really a cheating company.This company director chinna katireddy has that mentality.He can cheat customers as well as employees who are working in his company.I worked before in this company as a basis consultant.He was cheating me without giving salary for one year and later he gave me just 1000rs for four months.After my resignation in this company i have asked my money and my certificates.But he didn't provide it and did so much harassment on me.

This guy full name is Maram Venkata Raghunatha Reddy also known as M.V.Raghunatha Reddy took salary advances, company external harddisks and software’s and left the company with out informing to anyone in the company and joined with rival company to destabilize our business and working for rival company from unknown places. We have filed a criminal case against this person. Police has already looking out to catch this person. If anyone sees where is this person, please inform us. - Above conversation is done by chinna katireddy.This is his mentality.He reversely spread badly about me.If i have taken their hard-disk and advance salary their management always in sleep mode?. He is a number lier.He can make false also true by saying like this.

if the people like you run away from the company by stealing company assets and taking advance salaries....what will management do. You did bad thing and again posting against your previous employer. Just think about ..whats the guarantee that, you will not do same thing to any of your future employer except that my rival company which you are working now. Anyway ...good thing that you are posting here. Police can trace you based on your IP address which you are using your internet and computer.

He is running this company in a residential flat.This company is not registered in Hyderabad.He uses unlicensed Sap software for his business.He make money with this unlicensed SAP software.How he can get this unlicensed SAP software?......

We knew that Pakistan based IDESAccess.com is doing this by hiring my previous employee. They both joined hands to distabilize our business.

We would like to bring to your attention that M.V. Raghunatha Reddy(Maram Venkata Raghunatha Reddy)is no longer working with Software Lab access. He has left the company without informing to the management and took company’s Hard disk, software(s) and advance salary. He is not responding to any of our emails and phone calls. We have filed a criminal case against M.V.Raghunatha Reddy and this is under investigation. Now we have come to know that he has joined hands with one of our competitor company IDESaccess.com that runs its operations from Pakistan. In the past, IDESaccess.com has tried to destabilize our company by threatening our employees and has charged us with false allegations. Now, they have targeted our employees and lured them by giving them large amount of money to leave softwarelab access and spread bad words about our company.
IDESaccess.com is not identifying who is the owner and where they are operating from. We sent so many emails and tried with phone calls, but they are hiding their identity. Finally with our investigation, we have found that, they are operating from Pakistan. I would like to request that all customers beware, Please see the following email from IDESaccess, and they have done the same thing for so many other competitors in the market. Now they are targeting my company to remove from the competition. Since I am an Indian Origin he has abused me in one of the earlier e-mails. They are playing very cheap games in the market and do not have any professionalism. We are very sorry to put this in our website but we are not left with any other option but to notify all.

We have sent several following emails and phone calls, but they have never identified who they are. Based on our research now we have come to know that, they are operating from some where in Pakistan and they don’t have any liabilities towards clients. Please be aware when you are using your credits cards, debit cards to buy the service from these people. It would be too risky to buy the service from these kind of unidentified people.
