I purchaced a $100.recharge for my internet, being told by them that it was valid for 12 months,after looking at it I saw it had a 3 month expiry date so took it back, they said the 3 months was only the time you had to install it into your laptop, but it would definatly last 12months unless you used all the data first.I now find it does only last 3 months which is no good to me, as last year I still had over $100 left of my $150one when it expired on july7th this year.
Telstra say it is the newsagents fault and they say it is telstra's fault,and I cant get anywhere with them. As I am 73 years old I cant afford to spend that much money on an internet acc, when I dont use anywhere near that much in 12 months
The news agent says he does not have any information from Telstra about how long they last , but if that is the case how did he know, how long any of them last .He gave me the choice of $100 or $180 voucher. so knowing I would not use it all I went for the cheaper one. I offered to pay another $80 to upgrade to the 12 month one but was told that was impossable. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.
