On 6/28/12 I ordered a free sample pay shipping only, no where did I see any thing about a trail use. On 7/16/12 I was charged $97.88, I called the 800 number I was told that I hadn't called within the 10 day trial period and now I owed the 97.88 for their product. I told the customer service person that no where in the paperwork did it say anything about a trial period. I told them I had disputed the charge with my bank and they were reversing the charge. They tried to intimidate me by saying if I would pay half the charge now or the hole 97.88 later but I would be paying because the always win the disputes.
