Card received in mail this date promising a gift rebate of $100.00 good at Wal-Mart, Target & "more". When called, a young man told me that he had my address in the file and for $3.95 we could receive details, etc. When asked what we would receive for that amount he said "You can afford that can't you?" I said "Yes, but I want to know exactly what we get!" At that point he hung up on me.
