I received a bottle of colo-klenz in the mail 7/18/12 with no packing slip or anything except the bottle of pills in an envelope. I researched the return address, which is shown as Wellness Partners, 2722 S. 950 E., Provo, UT 84606-6163. I found (Personal Information Removed) and called them. The woman who answered the phone said they did not sent this package and they have been getting a lot of phone calls and did some research and she gave me this number to call, 678-224-5981. I called that number and waiting on hold for 17 minutes. When someone finally picked up they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up.
The bottom line is I did not order this...I think I was looking to order it and started to fill out an order form and backed out of it...they still captured my info (which means they also have my credit card number and will charge me for more of this product and keep sending it). I don't want it and I don't want anymore of it.
Can you help me...I need to know who these people are that are sending out Colo-Klenz.

I also received a package in the mail from wellness parnters. I looked them up on line but didn't find the product. I called the number on the bottle and it said "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed." I haven't checked my credit cards but my bank account has a 99.90 debit on 7/18/12 that I did not authorize. I've sent an email to my bank.

- I'm watching my bank statements...haven't seen anything yet...I also called the 888 number and got the same disconnect message...this is most definitely a scam by unethical people/company.
