Ordered three pair of shoes from this company. Payment was processed immediately but I was never sent a confirmation of the order. I checked with the company online (my account) and order was still in processing. I have sent three requests for information on the status of the order and finally requested a full refund to be made immediately. No response from the company at all. Will wait a few more days for a response then file a complaint with Paypal.
