This man is a dating scammer, he is on several dating websites including theirishtimes.com. He claims to be an American Citizen who is down on his luck in Ghana. He states that he went to Ghana on business. He always promises to pay all monies back promptly, but more bad things just keep happening to him. He refuses to go to the American Embassy for help, even though he says he has a 16 year old daughter that was "raped" there.
