ordered and cancelled 5/18/12 and have also called 6//12 and 7/12/12 with the same story given me "it takes 4-6 weeks to receive and for them to get the product back before they can do anything. Oh yes, they DO say they'll get back to me when they receive it. I refused the order immediately, it never entered my house, I handed the package into the hands of the postal server. They still say they haven't got it, well they took my money quick enough. After calling all this time I get no satisfaction even tho they have a 30 day guarentee if you don't like it to send it back, HA! it's now been 3 mos and nothing. What can be done? Parricia McDanel
