i paid £2.45.postage on a free sample,this was taken out on 20th june 2012,the free sample still not arrived. on 9th july they took £149.99 out of my account without my permission to do so.they must be stopped from doing so. i need my money every penny counts.with them doing this to me,i now have to find money for my gas, electric,plus other.life is hard without this happerning to me and others.
