I was sent a trial order, which I cancelled within the trial period, I was told not to return the order and that they had closed my account. I then found they had deducted my account for £74.95 for the so called trial order. I rang to complain and basically they were not interested and would not refund the money. I wasn't even able to log a complaint to there Customer Don't Care Less Department. I shall pursue this further. But would warn anybody about buying this product albeit on a so called trial order, the cream doesn't do what they suggest either and is very greasy.
