Empower Insurance Group insured - allegedly his son's girlfriend hit my vehicle and my claim was denied. The insured disconnected his phone, and the driver - a teenager without a driver's license - refused to contact Empower. She didn't attempt to stop and hit my new vehicle hard. The collision was her fault and now I have neck pain. How can they get away with forcing me to pay for the damages? I can't afford medical treatment. This is a type of theft or fraud by Empower and not fair to honest people like me.
