I was T-boned on June 29, 2012 when the other driver ran the red light. Her insurance company was State Farm and I've contacted them over a dozen times over a three week period and have had no response, nor have they looked at my vehicle that is totaled and still sitting and the wrecking yard collecting storage fees. Also still have no rental vehicle,no tools that were destroyed in the accident or been able to see a orthapedic doctor that the E.R. doctor told me to go see for my rotator cuff. The monetary damages is not a final amount.
