HCG Ultra and/or agents acting on their behalf used my name and my email to advertise their product. As indicated in some of the other blogs, the mode of operation of this band of thieves was to hack into my email account, gather up all the email addresses they could find, and then send out an email using my email address with my name in front of it to every email address they stole from my account. Re: was the only thing on the subject line, so the reader was solely relying on my name and reputation when making their decision to open the email. Once they opened it, there was no message, only a link which turned out to be an advertisement and purchase order form for HCG Ultra Drops.
The advertisement itself doesn't bother me so much as the illegal entry into my email account and the unauthorized use of its content. Since the only beneficiary of the hacking is HCG Ultra and the product they had advertised on the link, common sense tells me that they were involved in some way in hacking my email account and using my good name and email address to endorse their product without my knowledge or permission.
This is not a legal forum for deciding whether HCG Ultra has damaged my reputation so no monetary damages can be established at this time.
