Ms. Cobb(A-1 Travel and Cruises or Harris Travel) Me and my bff was celebrating her 50th Birthday and trusted Ms. Cobb to make the Travel arrangments for the Essense Festival. Ms. Cobb did not pay our hotel expense and sent the tickets after the concert. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and inhuman treatment. We were stranded in New Orleans on one of the busiest weeks of the year after paying Ms. Cobb for 4-5 star hotel reservation. Ms. Cobb also turned off her cell phone, land line and e-mail. We will not rest until justice has been served. I pray that someone will read this and not get pulled into another scam by Ms. Cobb. (Personal Information Removed)
