I received a call from a woman who said she was with bonusrewardstoday she told me she would give me a card from Wal-mart for $100.00. When I questioned her she said it was true. so then she ask me if I would like to sign up for a magazine. I said no, but under pressure I agreed to one magazine which was Every day with Rachel Ray. she then said she would turn me over to a person who would take all the information from me.
He offered me for a bonusrewardcard to Wal-mart. I said OK..then he proceeded to talk about this card. pretty soon he said to me : what is the name of my company? and I said Bonus Reward. he said no, it is General Subscription Services. He then continued to assure me of receiving the card . I would need to pay that day $19.95. And that I would receive my card within 3-5 days.
Well yesterday, in my mail, came a letter from General Subscription Services thanking me for joining General Subscription Services stating that I will pay $19.95 a month for 24 months and nothing for the remaining months of service.'
The man who I was talking to that told me I would receive the Wal-mart card ,and assured me it was coming to me...he said his name was Hamza.
I think it is a fraud because I received the letter from GSS on July16th without the Wal-mart card.
I called their number to cancel because it was received but no card from Wal-mart. I was sent directly to VM...so I left message to cancel me. that was time enough for them to also send me the Wal-mart card.
