Beginning November 2011 til April 2012 I was charged $9.99 per month from Polling Associates: Alerts - 80296 Mobile Focus and would like the money refunded. I have never heard of this company, nor have I ordered anything.

- I am the founder of Polling Associates LLC a public opinion survey company using only live outbound calls and online surveys. We have no association whatsoever with the Sprint vendor billing Sprint customers as Polling Associates. We never bill our survey participants for anything ever, and have never received one complaint in over 5 years in business. Please make note that we are NOT the Sprint vendor being complained about.
