bought into dwvc on the understanding would be able at later date claim money back via a reclaim certitcate which was a scam by a court ruling naming two people and ruled that the reclaim certificate scheme was used as a con and customers had not much chance of ever reclaiming any any of their money back and wonder if we have a cliam.
