Purchased a PlayStation network card for my brother (well I thought I did) they were supposed to email me with the code, which they did. The code turned out to be invalid so I tried contacting their customer support number which was stated on the website. I got some loud unprofessional music and some weird recordings that did not sound like it would in no way be associated with a company like Microsoft. I then decided to email them and file a dispute which ended in two more invalid codes being sent to my email. After I got serious and mentioned a refund my dispute was now listed on their site as "resolved (with no refund)" and I was no longer able to reply or make posts. This is not cool and sites like these should not exists!
