I was recently going over my account, and noticed a check on there that I had not written. This so called 'loan' company apparantly went into my account and withdrew 30 bucks on the 4th of July (while my family and I were on vacation no doubt), and I was never the wiser-until just now that is. Funny thing is, I've NEVER even HEARD of this company-much less used them! So when I called the number on the check that they wrote for themselves, I most definately gave the Indian woman on the other end an ear full of exactly what I thought of their money taking business. I never filled out an application with them, but did with other online payday groups, so obviously they got all my info from one of them-which is downright scary!! The more I talked, the madder I got... she explained that they had a $30 application fee for applying and could be refunded when your loan is approved later....buuut...I never applied, and never got a loan. She even so generously offered to hold my $30 for later, if I should need a loan with them in the future. I told her what I though of that idea, and how I expected my money back into my account, where it came from. She then offered me a gas voucher, and reminded me that I could get a loan for up to $1500. I've never been so aggrivated. Couldn't believe the gall of someone to sit and 'offer' me such great 'deals', yes....this someone who I had never visited their site before...never seen their site before...she did however, remind me of their 'terms and conditions', which must have contained the info about the $30 that they swiped from my account, to which I reminded her that I had never had such a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience in which websites all switch you from one to another, and swap and sell your info to one to the next. If I didn't put my info into their site, then how did they get it? Obviously the wrong way...the illegal way. They know they are wrong. They're making money off of people the sorry, low-down way, and it's such a shame. She said it could take up to 15 days for a refund-but gave me a refund #. Definately going to keep on this one like white on rice. Everone else should too. Good luck !!
