Vonage is a paperless company...no wonder! they have no offices,personnal or phone numbers in the united states of america! when you call the toll free number you either get the phillipeans,england,India or ?? You cannot understand or reason with their robodic customer services...no one seems to understand your concerns or problems. when I asked for a USA phone number I was told they do not have one! every month I was told I was in arrears...never got a bill? just a email stating I was late or had a past due balance (no wonder?) I gave them a debit billing number to auto pay my bill...once again it never worked? this company for lack of a better term (sucks!) I finally got someone to cancel my account and never again will I do business with a company that is so shady. buy and use USA products and companies...at least then you can speak to someone on the same level as yourself. Vonage is a bad deal all the way around.
