I called AuraVie and asked for a refund of the 97.88 charged to my account. The person I spoke to said that I should have read the terms. I told her I would dispute the amount charged, and she said they would refund 29.36 only If I promised not to dispute it with Chase. Basicly she bullied me and said if I did report it, I would get nothing back. I wonder why some complaints get 40.00.
Besides, this stuff is junk. I've learned my lesson.
