Bought the deal coupon for travel from this company and they sent me the vouchers via email. To book we need to send the vouchers to the booking agent. We sent the vouchers and requested for dates. They redeemed the vouchers and did not send the booking details. Finally after chasing them for many months they said they can't help and it can't be refunded or booked and it has been redeemed. They have cheated money from me and maybe many others who did the same booking. This company would have earned USD162 x 100 = USD16200 if they had booked 100 such bookings. Please avoid this website and do not be scammed by them. Their booking agent for travel was GEL Travel Pte Ltd (gel.com.sg) in Singapore. Plus! BigDeal Pte Ltd is setting standards for scamming people in Singapore and even CASE is unable to help in this regard.
