Luckily I am a fanatic about checking my account. I found the withdrawal, and called the number. I told them that I never heard of them, and they said that they would cancel my account. I asked how they even got my information, and they said from another order. They said and keep saying because I call them everyday that the refund is being processed. This has gone on since June 14. In the meantime, I have already had two items that are set up on automatic withdrawal bounce. I was also charged $49.95 by another one of their sister companies. They promptly returned my money. How is everyone else getting their money back??
