Yes, I do believe that this is a scam. I thought that this was a homebased business, but I sent an email to their supposedly support website and still have not heard back from anyone.

I prefer to remain anonymous, however, Income Institute Connect has a video that is supposed to explain how the business works, but it took you to another section where they wanted you to add something else to your package. When I realized that there were more add-ons, ( I declined them all) I wanted to opt out of it. There was no way to do that. They say that you can receive your money back in 30 days guaranteed if your are dissatisfied with the business and it does not work for you. Well, I am truly dissatisfied!!!! On the charge is says Webtutor as the source receiving the money, but they do not list a number for customer support.
