I was contacted by them through a work at home source. I foolishly gave them my credit card number without checking first. I did balk at giving my credit card out but got convinced by a fast talking conman who told me my card was in process and I would get my money back if I didn't make any money in a month. Checking them out on the net, I found out what a bad choice I had made. I called my credit card bank CHASE. It hadn't been posted yet and the represenatative said she would put a dispute on it. It cleared the bank today 07/14/012. I asked why and have to wait until the 16th to talk to the dispute team. Shame on CHASE. Reading about using my credit card for other charges-I'll have to see what I can do about that with my bank. I also called Emerchant and told them not to send me anything. I was not going to work with them.

I'm also going to the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Attorney General to see if they can help me shut them down. Anybody care to join me?

  • Unfortunately, Emerchant Middleman has gotten behind on responding to the complaints posted about our company online. We are dealing with the effects of having our client list stolen and sold to unscrupulous advertisers and recovery rooms. We have been diligently working to resolve the complaints and problems that have arisen from this. One of the biggest problems we have had is other companies contacting our clients and lying about either their affiliation with us, or about our business practices. The battle to get these companies to cease and desist has been ongoing, taking away from our ability to assist our clients as effectively as we’d like. Many of our clients have retracted their complaints. We are working to resolve all of our complaints and would like to encourage each of our clients to contact us directly so we can make things right.
    We have proof of fulfillment for each of our clients, from signed invoices, to tracking slips, to call logs. We could easily respond to each complaint with this information. We would rather respond with some form of resolution. We would like to encourage each person who has made a complaint to contact us directly, as we’ve been attempting to reach out to them.
