A woman called and said that she was going to serve me papers unless I called a number and gave me a case number. When I called they said that they can stop the lady from calling if I paid on an old debt. Said that if I did not I would be sued. They said it was 700.00 but he would give me a break of 517.00. I smade 3 or 4 payments of 103.60 with a bank card and they would call me and tell me they were going to take the money out. I was supposed to make a payment today of 103.00 but I stopped the card and cancelled it. No one has called but I filed a complaint with the ftc the fbi and soon the attorney general.

- You are so right. I'm going through the same thing paying these people 68 every other week for 4 payments total, which the last payment is tomorrow(9/21/2012)! Now that i know the name of this company in order to search them,and seeing your complaint,that last payment won't be made.

- I've more than paid my $700 payday loan. And they keep telling that the interest hasn't been paid yet. They wanted in total $1200 for this loan $600 in interest. after seeing your posts today I too won't be paying them anymore $$. I'm expecting them to call me at work tomorrow to start the harassment process again.
