Safecart charged my credit card without my authorization for a service I did not receive.
First I bought a program called PCCleanerPro. I paid for it with my paypal account...$29.95. Paypal emailed me my receipt. Then I got another email from paypal stating that I had an ongoing payment every 183 days for $29.95 payable to safecart.
I called safecart to talk with someone about this charge but after 5 hours on the phone being transfered from one person to the next and getting no answers, I called my bank and reported it and asked them to dispute this charge. I also cancelled my paypal membership.
My bank called me back telling me safecart had charged my account with $225.00 for "services rendered."They will dispute this charge and also change my credit card number. Google supports safecard so I`ll try to be sure I never use Google again.
