I was emailing back and forth with this individual about a rental property in Houston Texas I found on craigslist. It all seemed too good to be true but I finally realized it had to be a scam when he replied the following to one of my emails:
"If all arrangement goes well, we will have the entrance keys and other relevant document in a hard copy paper delivered to your present home address for you to move in at your convenient date. Our home is beautiful and need no amendments.
As soon as you get back to me I will be attaching a Rental Application Form for you to fill and get back to us with your information so that we can know you better and see if we can accept you of becoming our tenant and then we can take it from there."
When I googled his email I found other complaints about this individual as well as multiple listed rental properties in different cities.
