I went into my bank account to check my balance and noticed an unauthorized charge from Funding Assurance for $30.00. I instantly called the number: (866)-761-1124 and it went to a recording that said, "Thank you for calling customer care, we are now closed. Our normal business hours are M-F 9am- 9pm EST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to leave a message, do so after the beep."
I KNOW that I never authorized the charge and I am glad that I checked my account, because it would have made me overdrawn.
Please help me get this money back. I am barely getting by and every dollar counts. This makes me so mad that people can do this.
