I too have unknown charges from this company and you cant get ahold of them by phone or email. Although they list them on their website, the phone hangs up after you select the option for unknown charges, and the email link does not work. It's not a lot of money that I am out, but what if they keep taking it? Calling my bank to report it as fraudulent charges, and see what happens!!!
