We purchased a lift chair from the above company and want to return it as it was not to our specifications. We have called repeatedly to let us know when they will pick it up and return our money. They keep telling us they will call and let us know when they will come, but as of July 12,2012 we have had no response from them. We keep calling them but always are told the same thing. They will call us ..........They of course are holding $2,000.00 of our money.That would be two thousand dollars. We are fed up with this scam they are pulling on us. Would you please suggest what we should do? We are in our upper 80s and this is very upsetting to say the least. Any information you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
