they had shipped the items to the wrong address the fist time then they said to wait 2 weeks then they will send them to the right address never got the email confirmation or the items i contact them and they said they had to special order and offer to give me a refund because it was their mistake for taking long and that the refund will take 20 days, 20days go by and that i will get it at the end of the month then that i will get it on monday and then i try contacting them on their online customer service chat and they blocked me .
i got copies of all the conversations i had with them.
