Dri*CA debited my account annually $49.99 for three years (2010, 2011, 2012). My bank says I authorised these charges but I did not. Business partner bought new laptop around this time. It wasn't until I purchased a new personal laptop earlier this year that I discovered the DD. I've never even used CA antivirus. I live in Australia and all of the info ie phone numbers I've found so far to contact Dri*CA are disconnected. Help. I've cancelled my CC and been issued a new one but my bank says I must contact them to cancel the transaction otherwise they may well discover my new CC details. I'm scared. From Karen.
