Today I received my t-mobile bill and I was charged 9.99 plus taxes for a subscription on Wise Media LLC. I never subscribed for anything and I never received a text or email confirming any subscription, therefore I was not aware of anything until I received my bill. I called T-mobile and they told me that they will request a refund and that it may take up to two months to see the refund reflected in my account. How is this possible? They just charged for something that it does not exist. I verified my phone and I do not have any subscription or anything from that company. This is FRAUD. Why I have to pay in the mean time?

- it's called cramming, and phone companies should not be allowed to do it, but, they are. all some scam has to do is send in a charge to the phone company, and if you pay it, it will take awhile to get it back

- Thank you very much. How can we stop these cramming? We all should file a complaint against the phone companies for allowing it, right?
