I took advantage of a suppose 'free trial of purasilk back in February 2012 cost just £2.49 for postage, they have then debited my card 4 months later with £74.95 claiming that I agreed to the terms and conditions. I did not agree at all to this. They are clearly keeping on running my card details through a machine until they got my money. I have emailed them several times and they are doing nothing to resolve my complaint. They are criminals and I will be reporting them to trading standards and have gone through my bank for a refund.
