When I received my July T-Mobile bill there was a charge for Mobile Plus Inc. I never subscribed to this company. When I contacted them they ran me around and then disconnected me. Has anyone ever got a resolution from complaining here?

- Cyrena, I just got off the phone with T Mobile about the same issue. I have had two charges from Mobile Plus Inc. the first one, the T Mobile rep issued me a credit no questions asked. This morning was a different story. I don’t know if the girl just didn’t know what to do or what. She connected me with Mobile Plus who pretty much told me to kiss it. I told the T Mobile rep that I was not satisfied I was aware of the scam and demanded she pass me through to a supervisor. Once she did my bill was credited.I also suggest filing a complaint against Mobile Plus Inc with the BBB.

- I also had two charges from Mobile Plus Inc for $9.99 each for a total of $19.98 When I went back and looked it was also on my bill for last month. T-Mobile put a block on my account for "short codes" but refused to refund the account and said I had to call Mobile Plus at 855-855-7117 and the call did not even go tru.
