Received a call from the above agency on June 13th telling me my computer is about to crash. They told me they would fix it if I purchased the maintenance plan which I agreed to providing they send me all the details. The only thing I received to date, is a bill for $280.00. By the way, I wasn't having any trouble with my computer before they called. I refuse to pay the $280.00 for a plan I know nothing about.
