I ordered two pairs of flip flops and received a plastic shower cap instead. PayPal will only refund my money if I ship it back with delivery confirmation to China. They need to stop doing business with these people.

- Call them again. I had the same thing happen to me - I got my shower cap today. I called Paypal about two weeks ago after finding this website and filed a claim - then I upgraded it in the same conversation with paypal to a dispute. Today I called again and I got the guy to close the dispute in my favor and within 24 hours, I will have my money back. Do not send the shower cap back - it will cost you 60.00 dollars! (That is what the guy at Paypal told me.) Just hold onto it in case these idiots try to scam you again. That way you can justify that you have received a shower cap instead of shoes. Hope that helps!
