My wife, a school teacher, bought a video through AMAZON. Apparently it was directed to HOTMOVIESALES.com. They signed my wife up for some kind of membership that she never knew about, and for 21 months they have been billing us $9.95 (shame on me for not picking this charge up on the CC) for something we never used or were aware of. Their customer service dept gave us 6 months credit but then said "too bad". In investigating further, all we can find is a PO BOX in Boca Raton. VISA has put a block on this company for us, and we have written to them. From here we go to BBB, then the DA's Office in Boca, and then EYEWITNESS NEWS in Miami/Ft Lauderdale.
How can they do this to a teacher? What are they doing to the elderly and other defenseless folks? Don't do business with this crowd.... PrB in Calif.
