I signed up to recieve a free sample of a skin cream called Pure Collagen Naturally Advanced Skin Care. I was not aware of joining a monthly obligation for $99.99 a month automatically taken from credit card information, from a company by a different name=The Beauty Club. I called the telephone number on the bottle and was directed to a customer service gal whom was very rude! She informed me that I can not discontinue their services, that it was impossible, then she hung up on me.
