Ordered and authorized payment of $4.28 for a sample. Charge posted to credit card account 5/29/12. On 6/18/12 a charge of $74.98, which had not knowingly been approved by me, appeared. Called and complained on 6/19/12. Besides telling me that I had agreed to the charge (which I certainly had not) they tried to sell me something else for $29-something.They finally said the money would be refunded. I refused acceptance of the shipment and returned it 6/21/12. On 7/06/12 I called again and was told they had received it and would refund in "one to five days" - not the full amount though: they were keeping $4.99 shipping costs. On 7/08/12 a credit of 69.99 was posted to my account. So, It cost $4.99 and a lot of aggravation to deal with this worthless company.
