A Ms Tia Walls said she was the operations manager from Crowne One Collections working with the Making Home Affordable Program. She received personal information from me and authorization to debit my checking account for $424.50 on 11 July 2012 and $424.50 on 11 August 2012 for service costs assistance in reducing my mortgage interest rate from 10.99% down to 3%, thereby reducing my monthly mortgage payment. I am now learning that this government program assistance requires no fee and anyone requiring upfront money is possibly fraudulent. Today is August 7, 2012 and I have time to block those transactions with my bank before August 11, 2012. Here are the phone numbers they left for me: 1-800-733-8596; (208)473-2227 with a courtesy email reminding me of this pending transaction with Financial Services Center, Payment Processing Department, Financial Services by SSS Secure 1-800-264-6467 is another number I had in my phone when I last spoke with them on the phone.
