25karats.com is a terrible company. They are a huge scam.
I bought a diamond engagement ring and was told the stones were not actually diamonds but man made diamonds. Every local jeweler i took the ring to told me i was scammed by 25karats. The ring is not worth anything.
This company is a huge scam. Make sure to read 25karats.com reviews and ratings before buying. You will see this is a terrible jewelry company.

For my engagement ring , I searched stores and the Internet. The people at 25karats were the most helpful and the internet site made choosing a stone and setting a pleasant experience. The ring was as beautiful as I hoped it would be a better than I ever hoped to have on my hand. 5 stars for a job well done 25karats. I will be back for the wedding ring. Mine is halo with 0.25 ct center on a size 7 finger btw.
I was very pleased with my experience. No one make pressure on me to deal with the typical salesman trying to scam you (or make you feel dumb) like at most physical stores...
I was able to pick the exact diamond I wanted and look at high-resolution/magnified images so I knew exactly what I was getting. GIA certified diamond and I knew the exact size and parameters (4 c's, polish, symmetry, etc.) of each diamond I was looking at.
The checkout/payment process was easy and very straightforward. I was even able to request a rush order and got the ring ahead of schedule (about a week from ordering to receiving! vs. 4-6 weeks for a local jeweler)
The ring came very well packaged and was shipped w/overnight shipping. I would highly recommend 25Karats to anyone needing an engagement ring!
Also, as a side note, I first was looking at Blue Nile...they have more diamonds and some more ring styles...BUT they are soo expensive... Plus, even though 25Karats has "less" selection than Blue Nile, they still have tons to choose.
One last thing that rubbed me the wrong way w/Blue Nile...once I was on their email list I kept getting emails with discount codes/coupons for different "deals" or "sales" they were having... omg you never know if you are getting a good value or if full price is a scam or if others are getting better sales etc. What a headache.... Just advertise the price, don't try to fool me into thinking I'm getting some great magical "deal".
Anyway, if I could do it all over again, I would 100% order through 25 karats.com! Thanks for the great service and ex -
