I had $44.09 taken out of my checking account on two separate dates. The first unauthorized charge took place on 07/07/11 and the second took place on 07/11/11. I do not know what ResVpower is and I've never even herd of this company. I called the 800 number associated with the account and All I was able to get was an automated message tell me if I'm calling about a charge of $44.09 please hold. After that I was never able to get through to anyone. Please tell me what I can do to correct this issue and get my money back.
