after direct tv /verizion knocked my phone for the tenth time and fail to show for repair the phone was out for any where from 1-2 weeks, I decided to bundle with comcast I had been with direct tv for 13 yrs. I informed them that I would be changing and why. There was a balance of 91.00 They decided to take the amount 165. from my checking account via debit card without my knowledge or concent which left the account overdrawn by 425. Had they asked I could have made payment arrangments it left me with 15. for 2 wks I feel that using my card without approval is theft.
