I had jewelry for sale on eBay, and had an offer from someone that wanted to go through safeco-tr. The buyer received the merchandise on 6/29/12, and I never received the funds that were supposed to be released from safeco-tr, but now the webpage has been removed and it all ended up being a scam! These people have been doing this same thing for years and need to be stopped!
