10:19 Me: the adress on their website leads to a building in toronto i have called which they tell me they have no viaziz in their building or anything they are aware of
10:20 Me: my credit card company will not reimbourse me so far.. they are making me wait until they start a full investigation
10:21 Me: I would like to know if there is information I can use to contact them and make sure they give me my money back as they are stealing money from people, they are holding an 'easy certificate' from you guys
