I signed up for the free trial offer. Recieved nothing. Tried to complain. Surprise no answer just a recorded message. Now taking money from my credit card. What an idiot i am. My first foray into internet purchasing and i got scammed.

Hi Lyn,
Dont know if you are in Australia. I contacted my bank, had to change credit cards so was cardless for about a week. However they had had reports of this company and immediately refunded my lost money. So far so good.
Funnily enough after repeated calls messages etc and a complaint to the BBB (better business bureau) in Denver Colorado I received my product. It is a very bad product. A not very good moisturiser.
I had told them repeatedly to cancel my order so when the main product arrived I just sent it back.
My advise immediately contact your bank. -
