Woke up and saw that i had 29.99 deducted from my account from Mycashguardian on the morning of July 2, 2012. I immediately called them (their number is on the statement for the withdraw) and spoke to this nice, clear english speaking woman. She said that they've gotten numerous complaints about them being scam artist. She told me that my money will be refunded, and sent me an email confirming it. Says that it takes 5-7 business days. Since that day, I've received calls from numerous numbers, some of which are at least 16digits long, all trying to "finalize my loan for up to $1,000". Beware guys. I'll follow up on the 10th (the day my money should be back in my account) to see if they really mean what they say.

- I filled out some online information about a payday loan 3days ago. My inbox has since been flooded with companies offering me money between $200 -$1500. I decided not to go forward with any of the loans and to tough it out. Upon checking my bank account today, I find a charge from mycashguardian.com. I called the bank who gave me the number for the company so I called. The customer service agent I spoke with says they charge the fee to help you obtain a loan. She told me I should have gotten an email that describes how to decline the service. I asked her why would I have to read an email for a payday loan I did not complete - to decline a service I did not ask for? She gave me a case ID number (270371) and told me I should see a refund in 7 business days, no mention of the NSF fee.
